Crazy Cutouts Cloche

I had a decoration from another hat which I stitched onto this one. I cut away the hat under the decorative swirl, then stitched that on top, and so on, creting multiple layers.Some velveteen trim from yeat another vintage hat added some necessary black.

It's roomy, but fits like a cloche.
