Hat with Vintage Scarf

A summer cloche, cuffed, with a vintage printed scarf hand stitched to crown. The material almost seems like linen, but I believe is Toyo straw, a type of twisted, shellacked rice paper.

And who doesn't like a row of PomPom fringe?!
